Không sửa skill hệ thống của Hermes; skill ngoài để trong skills/ngoai/.
Tiếng Việt trong lệnh terminal Windows bị thành ? → viết script .py UTF-8, đừng nhét chữ Việt vào lệnh shell.
Lệnh nặng chạy nền, thêm creationflags=0x08000000 cho subprocess để không bung cửa sổ CMD trên màn hình Anh.
Không đưa token/key vào file HTML, log hay chat. Credentials để trong .env.

7. Lỗi đã gặp khi cài (đỡ mất thời gian)

npm 10 bỏ qua postinstall của agent-desktop → binary có mà không chạy. Sửa: node "$APPDATA/npm/node_modules/agent-desktop/scripts/postinstall.js".
npx không có trong PATH của subprocess Python trên Windows → phải truyền đường dẫn đầy đủ tới npx.cmd, nếu không FileNotFoundError.
Đường dẫn MSYS (/d/...) không được dịch khi gọi chương trình Windows native → dùng D:/....
UI Automation snapshot rỗng khi cửa sổ Settings bị ẩn/không focus → phải mở lại app, chờ 10–15s rồi snapshot.
impeccable không có plugin hook trong Hermes → phải gọi detect thủ công (đã gói trong skill kiem-tra-web).
